The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council of the
University, Chief Lawrence Ayinde Olakunle Osayemi has described as
erroneous, impression in certain quarters that the University has
changed its name, following the recent transmutation from University of
Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) to Federal University of Agriculture,
Abeokuta (FUNAAB).
