JAMB’S Chief Executive Appreciates FUNAAB—pleased with partnership


The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Professor Dibu Ojerinde, has commended the University for the “wonderful co-operation and assistance extended to the Board”, during the conduct of the first Dual Based Test and Computer Based Test held in April and May, 2013.
“It is on record that our modest effort is the first of its kind in a large-scale public examination in Nigeria and we are happy that your partnership with us forms the bedrock on which the success achieved was built”... “We shall continue to count on your support to forge ahead as we jointly take the nation’s educational sector to the world gallery”, he wrote.
Commenting on the letter, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic, Prof. Toyin Arowolo, said the establishment of the 500-seater laboratory was a
good initiative. The 500-Seater Computer Laboratory was described as a value addition to the University as well as a challenge to other Universities in the country to see the need to build their e-examination centres, for effective conduct of the Computer-Based Tests (CBT).   ...Read More.
